I came across this idea from two separate sources recently and it made me realise the strengths and weaknesses of failure as the ultimate goal. I suspect most of us waver between overfocusing on "failure", and over focusing "success".
When I first heard it, I had a feeling it was a bit off. I still really like Ali Abdaal's insights in Feel-Good Productivity and hope I got them across too, but I wanted to highlight the other side of it.
"If you elevate failure to the grand pedestal of learning, we devote our energy to the wrong areas. " This is incredibly useful reframing!
