Exactly. I struggled with it at first but found journal prompts make it so much easier. So now i collect journal prompts like rich people collect watches 😂. I've got a newsletter where I share them every week

Re: my most helpful practice, I know it’s been mentioned, but it’s journaling. Hands down. You illustrated it well. I have to empty my mind and see a problem on paper. For me, it often turns into prayer/meditation and it’s so clarifying. Thanks again for your work.

One of the best cures we have is writing.

Writing every day your thoughts in a journal is the best thing I did for my mental health.
