Want to be a better manager? This sketchnote summary can help
A sketchnote summary of The Coaching Habit and some thoughts.
I know what you’re thinking.
Where’s the next series of visual on a topic?
Well, maybe that’s not what you’re wondering but I’ll let you know anyway — it’s coming this Saturday!
I decided to take a week off sharing so I could catch up with creating the next one AND finally finish this sketchnote summary.
The Coaching Habit Sketchnote Summary
The Coaching Habit is a book by Michal Bungay Stanier that helps managers bring more coaching into their work.
It’s full of ideas (and the science behind them) to help you give less advice and help people to solve their own problem better.
I honestly wish I had read it back when I was a manager as it might have helped me avoid burning out.
Here’s the full breakdown over on my blog (if you want more details).
Or you can grab a copy of the book for yourself.
Expect more like this!
I’m looking to share more sketchnotes and other content via this newsletter on an ad hoc basis during the week.
The main newsletter will still come out on Saturday but this will give me a chance to share more variety of content and keep things fresh. Who knows, I might even share some pure inspiration editions too.
So make sure you’re subscribed to get your copy.
I’d love to know what you think (but also, I’m pretty sure I’ll do this unless there’s a real outcry against it!)
See you on Saturday!
