Sketchy Ideas #19 - Designing for happiness
Happy Sunday sketchnoters. I’m Chris and this is another edition of the sketchnote roundup: the weekly collection of interesting sketchnotes from around the web.
Content: designing for happiness
No, it’s not about self-help or spirituality (well, not immediately) but product design.
but this is worth considering for any experience you help create (service work, coaching, etc) are you designing experiences that lead to happiness?

I was looking for a different style of sketchnote after finding a few that seemed to be in the same area. Dani Saveker of visual synopsis fits that bill.
her use of white space and containers as well as lighter ink tones makes it stand out from other sketchnoters but a pen item I want to highlight is the gradient effects in her headlines and sub heads.
it really makes those titles standout compared to their size.
Best of all, it’s very easy to create in procreate.
Bonus: how to draw cartoon faces
I’m looking to build my drawing skills so I may share some more tutorials I find from around the web. Let me know if you want more.
Catch you next week
Have a great week sketchnoting.
As always I’d love to see what your creating (sketchnotes, visuals or whatever).
Perhaps I’ll even feature it.
Chris.
