Empathy maps are a visual way to get clear about the transformation you want a person to experience and find ways to bring it into being.
Like many visual thinking tools, Dave Gray created it.
I’m starting a new job at a startup soon and I’m planning to use this to help our marketing and product development.
While not a sketchnote, it’s highlight related.

It’s been a while since I shared an analog(ue) sketchnote but I thought this was a great example.
I love the use of cross hatching to add shadow and depth.
Plus the use of multiple pen thicknesses helps separate subheading from body.
